The Lodge sits at the edge of Maryland's largest state park, straight across Route 1 from the Big Gunpowder Falls trailhead parking. Finish the Sweathouse Branch loop, cross over, and the first cold drink is minutes away. Trail dogs are welcome over there on a leash. Inside it's service animals only.
